In order to minimize the investment risk for early-stage start-ups in particular, I provide my portfolio start-ups with my team of experts, who support the various specialist departments in their day-to-day operations. The consultants evaluate the status quo of the respective department, optimize processes if necessary and help with the development and expansion of the specialist departments. My team of consultants also supports the relevant portfolio startup internally in the event of a staff shortage.
